Client Responsibilities

Revisions beyond the agreed number will be billed separately.
Third-Party Vendors and Products
The Designer may recommend third-party vendors, but is not responsible for their quality, delays, or defects.
The Client is responsible for direct purchases and vendor payments unless otherwise agreed.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided but may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Designer is not liable for delays caused by third parties or the Client.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and presentations remain the property of the Designer until full payment is received.
The Client may not reproduce or use the designs for other projects without written consent.
Liability and Indemnity
The Designer is not responsible for structural issues, code violations, or installation defects.
The Client agrees to indemnify the Designer from any claims arising from project execution.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination will be payable by the Client.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings in the applicable courts.
